How do you get more clients? It’s the most asked question I get.

I always answer with “Have you taken care of the clients you already have?” Whatever your business is, if your clients or customers don’t feel valued and appreciated you will always be playing catch up with sales.

Think about what you pay out for cell phones, kids activities, your esthetician/hair stylist, gym membership, real estate fees and more. As a client do you feel valued? What could these businesses do to make you feel respected and appreciated? If you treat your clients with genuine kindness and respect you will be recommended and clients will come to you. We all know the best referral is from word of mouth. Do a little something special especially from a client who would not expect it- you’ll be surprised with the results.
